Music has the power to transport us to another time and place. Frankie McCoy loves to harness that power with a broad audience of music lovers and passionate musicians alike. Frankie is no stranger to the European music scene. Having toured extensively playing venues to thousands of fans she has gained credibility as a talented enigmatic performer!
Music biog
Frankie McCoy made her musical debut with a major German music production in Mannheim, as one of the first African Americans to perform on the main stage. In the years that followed, she studied at the Mannheim Music Academy and soon became a professional guide singer for bands such as Incognito, The Rain Birds and Bruce Wayne.
Frankie featured on the dance track Push Me to the Limit by Celvin Rotane in 1995 and Love Is My Whole World by 4Tune in 1996.
In 1997 she was invited by the producer trio Tokapi, to perform with their DJ project Sash! Besides writing and singing 3 songs for their album It’s My Life, Frankie scored a world hit with the song Stay. In the years that followed, Frankie toured extensively on the international stage playing to packed venues around the globe.
In 2013 Frankie recorded Lose Control with Wildstylez & Max Enforcer, and Under Your Skin with Endymion & Pandorum. The following year she recorded So High with Alankara.
